The Villa Pefka in Skiathos
Villa Pefka is set in large private grounds in a peaceful, residential yet countrified area called Kalivia, just a five minute drive from the waterfront of Skiathos Town.
From its elevated hillside position there are beautiful views over the surrounding olive groves towards Skiathos Town and across the sea to the little islands lying offshore from Skiathos’ south coast.
There are three tavernas within a 15 minutes walk. The sandy beach of Megali Ammos (4kms away) has water sports facilities and a few beach-front café bars. Xanemos beach (51/2kms away) has a small beach bar.
Built on one level and with a large grassed area, easily visible from the living areas, the villa is one of our more child-friendly properties.
Comfortably furnished and spacious interiors open out to wide verandahs and swimming pool.
