All the drivers and transfers were very helpful and made the trip easy. Being notified about ferry changes was also extremely helpful and contributed to a stress free holiday. A little more information on the ferries might be helpful- such as open seating vs assigned seats and baggage rules, although it wasn’t hard to figure out! Overall, the trip was wonderful and we enjoyed Greece and all the people!

Uli really did a great job - she came up with some excellent suggestions on which islands to visit, and in which sequence, and the hotels were all great.

I am so grateful for your planning and the arrangements you made for Diane (Claudia) and me for all of our Athens and island hopping to Hydra, Mykonos, Santorini and back to Athens adventures. I have to say a heartfelt thank you for calling the Piraeus Port Police for me. It was a miracle that my lost purse was turned in! You are my heroine. Were it not for you calling and explaining the lost purse and translating for me, I would never have gotten it back.
The Bratsera hotel in Hydra was my favorite. It was just beautiful—simple, comfortable beds, conveniently located. Just being there in the Bratsera was a pleasure. The staff was wonderful. The Harmony in Mykonos provided a fantastic view and was comfortable. Our room was near the top, up about 68 steps from the waterfront. The view was worth it, but I would not recommend it for anyone with climbing problems. The Tzekos Villas in Fira, Santorini provided a spectacular view. The beds were hard, like cots, and the room was sparse. We had a porch overlooking the caldera from our room down low on the cliff. Climbing up and down to our room was a struggle. All of Santorini would be a difficult stay for anyone out of shape or with climbing challenges. But the view was spectacular and I was so glad I brought my high powered birding binoculars. All of the staff at the hotels were very kind and helpful.
You made this trip so easy for us. I will very highly recommend end you and Dolphin Hellas to any friends who are headed to Greece.

Uli was very helpful & always quick to respond to e mails. Every thing that we booked was satisfactory. When we had to change our ferry times at short notice due to bad weather she quickly arranged an extra night at the hotel in Athens. Dolphin Hellas did a wonderful job organizing a tour for our family recently. Eleni Kourtensi was our travel agent and she was very responsive and was able to set up hotel needs, airport transfers, and private tours for our family of 21 who traveled to Greece from three countries for a reunion. I would not hesitate to recommend Dolphin Hellas to anyone who wants help in putting together a great Greece holiday. Uli, our agent, was super-responsive and accommodated all of our requests and preferences. In addition I was very happy with the cost and don't think I could have spent less if I had taken the amount of time required to try to do it all myself, even with all of the online resources available to travelers today. And it's good to have a local "backup," since in Greece as in other places there's always a good chance of some sort of transportation glitch suddenly appearing, whether it's due to labor actions, weather, mechanical problems, politics, or whatever. In fact, we've encountered most, maybe all of those in our travels in Greece over the years.

Dolphin Hellas provided outstanding service during every step of the planning process. We've been home for a week now and are still talking about our wonderful trip to Greece. Thank you so much for making everything run smoothly. It was very helpful having all of the transfers in place when we traveled from one location to another.

Very helpful and no problems at all. I dealt with Uli and was pleased with the service we received. We would certainly use Dolphin Hellas again. My only issue is with the payment system which I don't think is very safe. I would prefer to pay with a credit card and don't really understand why that can't be done

This is my second group trip to Greece arranged with Aliki's assistance, and I cannot praise her highly enough. Both times, she was attentive, well-organized, and available to help throughout our time in Greece. She was sensitive to our desires concerning itinerary and arrangements, but also willing to make helpful suggestions based on her extensive knowledge and experience. Aliki is a very pleasant person and a true professional, and I would not hesitate to work with her again (in fact, I have just recommended her to my sister, who is going to Greece with a group of friends next summer).

You booked the arrangements we requested and when some of our dates in Athens turned out to be ones with few hotel rooms available you found an acceptable hotel in the Wyndham Grand Athens. We definitely will call on you when we return to Greece.

My wife and I booked the 7-day Grand Tour of Greece through Dolphin Hellas after reviewing/communicating through other tour agencies. Right from the start of inquiry, I would like to commend Uli Perschau from Dolphin Hellas who was able to respond to all my queries within 24 hours. Subsequently, the tour itself was exceptionally good as far as the hotels, meals, and transportation. Matina who was our tour guide was exceptionally well versed and passionate about the history of Greece and she was able to provide a detailed story linking the various archaeological and historical sites during our 7-day journey. If you are into Greek history and knowing more about Greece, this is a great tour.

Overall we were very satisfied with the services provided by Dolphin Hellas. In particular, Uli Perschau was extremely professional and helpful both during the planning stages by meeting all my special requests and then when we had a problem with the hire car on Crete during the trip. The changes to government requirements for an international drivers license meant we had to cancel our booking at short notice (I only found out about the requirement when we tried to hire a quad bike on Santorini). Uli responded immediately, cancelled the booking and arranged a refund. I would definitely recommend Dolphin Hellas to anyone here in Australia thinking of a trip to Greece - and in particular Uli Perschau - she is a great asset to your company.
