The guide they retained for our Meteora trip was absolutely outstanding! Their recommendations and planning was excellent. The one issue we had was a late arriving ferry on Thira that caused us to miss the start of the tour we booked. They had a shuttle with a guide waiting for us that took us to meet the tour! We have been traveling to Greece for a month each summer for the past 19 years. We have used Dolphin Hellas each of those times to help us with our arrangements. They have been very professional and helpful. At times they have even informed us of a change in ferry schedules, for example, and helped us make alternative plans. WE would not think of making our annual trip without Dolphin Hellas.

I was very pleased with the overall service provided and the GREAT attentiveness provided by Uli. I only wish I had understood that island sightseeing tours would be sold out before I arrived at each island. I would have researched and purchased them in advance if I had known. I was still able to see a lot on my own because all of the islands I visited had great transportation (Sifnos, Milos, Folegandros)

My husband and I used this travel agency (and the same agent!) seventeen years ago when we last visited Greece. We wanted a personalized independent trip and already had already chosen a couple of family hotels that we wanted to stay in from previous visits. So we needed a travel agency to fill in a lot of gaps including renting a car, air and ferry travel between Athens, Santorini and Crete, and finding us good but simple accommodations in the rest of the places we intended to stay. Uli worked with us 17 years ago and again this time. She and Dolphin Hellas made all the different pieces fit together seamlessly and I would recommend them again. Efharisto!

Uli set up hotel rooms, car rental, ferry tickets, and airport transport. Our packet was waiting for us at the hotel. We were very happy with the hotels she selected, and the car rental service. All professional. Uli went beyond the call of duty by gathering items my special needs son left in the hotel room and on airport transport and mailing them to our home. Saves us getting a new iPad. Quite unexpected and very much appreciated. Great Job, and thank you. Really want to return to Greece!!!

This is our second trip to Greece, and we used Dolphin Hellas to help plan and book our trips. Both trips were great without any problems, because of the excellent work of Uli Perschau and Aliki Hamosfakidou in 2015. They were both great in helping us make decisions about hotels, tours, cruises, and transfers which made the trips so smooth and perfect.

Uli, our agent, was always very prompt to respond with questions, offered us many options for our trip. Everything was as promised and on time, accommodations were all very excellent, food was very good, tours were informative and personal. We would recommend to anyone to use Dolphin Hellas.

Our service was wonderful throughout our experience. The Dolphin Hellas personnel were extremely response and helped us through our entire experience. We loved our honeymoon [October 2016], and would go back to Greece and the islands in a heartbeat (although in warmer weather this time around)! We loved each of the hotels chosen for us by Dolphin Hellas, and the drivers for the transfer services were excellent. The only thing we would change would be our mode of transportation and time of year. I think we would have preferred to fly between islands and spend more time on the land, experiencing each island, as opposed to ferrying. The seas were rough, and the experience of ferrying was novel at first, but took up too much of our honeymoon time in the end. We loved all the islands, but it was a bit too chilly to actually experience the water or the beaches during our stay. We think Paros would have been lovely earlier in the year, but by the time we arrived there, many of the restaurants and shops were closed for the year and it was too cold for the water, so we spent our time locked up in our hotel room. Overall, we loved the islands, but would like to return to Santorini and Mykonos in warmer weather and spend more time on the islands.

I was initially hesitant about using an unknown travel agent that I'd come across on the web, but you were great! The service was excellent, booking was so easy, and the selection of hotels clear and to the point (and good value). Everything was completed in a matter of days, and within 2 weeks we had arrived in Athens. You'll be my first option when I come back to Greece, and I'll recommend you to anyone that asks. Thank you!
