Greek people very kind and helpful. Athen is nice, and miracle that we could see more than 2500 years buildings.
Hotel Attalos was satisfied, breakfast was super, wall isolation was a little imperfect.

Hey Chrisa,
I thought that I would write you and let you know how wonderful my trip to Turkey and Greece was. It was everything that I hoped for and more. The only bad thing is that the trip was too short!! I shot over 2000 photographs, and have just now begun printing them out, and putting them into photo albums.
I also wanted to let you know that on our last day in Greece, John and I walked down to the Parliament Building to watch the changing of the guards. Then we hopped onto the Metro and took it down to the Piraeus, where we caught a ferry to Aegina. Aegina was wonderful. What a beautiful island!! We rented a cab to drive us to the temple of Aphaia. Along the way, our driver stopped alongside a pistachio grove out in the country, and picked us some raw pistachios. They were quite tasty! After spending a half hour at the temple, we were taken to St. Nektarios church to take photos and walk around inside. Is that the largest church in Greece? Finally, we were dropped off at the ancient site of Aegina to check out the ruins. From there, we walked into town and ate lunch along the water. We had a little bit of time to shop before the ferry back to Athens arrived. That night, our last in Greece, we went down to the Plaka to shop and eat. Early the next morning, we took a cab out to the airport and, sadly, left your wonderful country behind. I miss it already!!
I would love to come back and explore Greece without a tour or a set schedule. If I do, you will be my travel agent! I really enjoyed meeting you in Athens, and I thank you for all of your help and advice. You made my trip into a great trip, and I am grateful. Thank you.

Uli, Well, this great holiday came and it went. The hotels selected and all arrangements (well, with the small hiccup at Rhodes) worked perfectly. It was great arriving at the destination and seeing our names on the board, all sorted and being comfortably delivered to the hotels. We were happy with the choice of the rooms, particularly at Esperas Villas.
Many thanks for organising it all. We were enchanted with our holiday - it counts as one of our very best. Santorini is truly the most beautiful island in the world - we just loved the atmosphere and the romance of the place.

I should say that I was initially worried about organizing everything over the Internet, but all my worries have dissipated now and certainly I would recommend your services to friends and relatives.
The organization was perfect. As agreed, maps, tickets, vouchers and information were available at the hotel reception in Athens. Except for the cancellation of the Catamaran between Paros and Mykonos due to windy conditions (not your fault, of course!), everything ran well.

My husband and I returned home last night and I wanted to follow up with you. Thank you for all your help in putting together our travel arrangements to and from Crete and for making arrangements for the Santorini portion of our trip. The Nikos Villas worked out very well. I was amazed at how much construction there has been in Oia since my visit there in 2001. It seems like a much bigger town now, but just as beautiful. We very much enjoyed our stay there. The overnight ferry to Crete worked out perfectly as did the other ferry trips to and from Santorini. The day time ferries gave us an opportunity to enjoy the scenery along the way.

It was a pleasure to finally meet you face to face in Athens. We arrived back safe and sound in the early hours of March 8. Everyone was exhausted after our whirlwind tour, and it has taken till now to get rested and caught up.
The tour was absolutely wonderful: I think that my students will be talking about it for years to come. Everything went so smoothly, from being picked up at the airport in Thessaloniki to being delivered to the airport in Athens.
The hotels were just right, most of them much nicer than I expected. We were especially impressed by the location and views from the hotels in Delphi, Pylos and, of course, Santorini. We loved those apartments in Santorini. The view from the patio over the caldera was spectacular and so relaxing after our intense travels through central Greece and the Peloponnese.
Mr. George was a great driver: we were all amazed at how skillfully he navigated the curving mountain roads. It was obvious that he has had a lot of experience not only in driving through Greece, but also in dealing with groups. He knew the sort of site that we would like to see, even if it wasn’t on the itinerary; he was helpful in finding places for a quick lunch, and patient when we needed to stop for a washroom.
The group loved Greece. The country is spectacularly beautiful, the weather was fine, and they are all very interested in the history of the place, both ancient and modern. And on top of all this, the tour arrangements made a lasting impression and left us all with warm feelings for Greece. I want to thank you very much for your expertise and patience in helping me put together this trip. So much of its success is due to your knowledgeable advice and professional arrangements. I am very pleased to have met you and hope that we can do this again sometime in the near future.
