The room my husband and I had had a very noxious septic smell. When we commented, something was put done bathroom drain. We were told someone would fix next day. Did not happen. We should have been given another room. We should have asked. Other couple had door problems.

This hotel was basic yet comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful.
However, I didn't find the staff in the dining room very nice. I came to breakfast at 7:28 am and was yelled at because I was two minutes early. I was rather shocked and surprised that a guest would be spoken to in that way.
That experience unfortunately would lead me to not stay at that hotel again.

Very nice room with patio seating to overlook the pool and ocean. Limited menu at the restaurant because of the time of year: I believe they closed for the winter as we moved out.

My travel partner has a slight mobility issue that makes stairs challenging, but not impossible, so we had worked with Uli at Dolphin Hellas to minimize stairs as much as possible (not easy in Greece, I realize). Our room here was up one flight of stairs - not ideal, but okay. The room itself was great - relatively spacious, recently renovated & beautiful large bathroom, big balcony with an ocean view. The hotel is a bit older but really good. Helpful staff, good food, nice pool area with a bar, and maybe 50 yards from the beach. There are a couple of small local bar/ restaurants next door, and the main town is a bit of a walk, but not a bad one. All in all, a nice place.
